Gucci Aria Fall Winter 2021 Ad Campaign

Gucci is debuting Gucci Aria, the new advertising campaign envisioned by Alessandro Michele to capture the revolutionary and joyful impetus of eros as the creative force behind contemporary imagery, shot by Mert & Marcus and featuring multi-platinum selling band Maneskin and top model Kristen McMenamy amongst other casts.

Set in the secretive and seductive atmosphere of a hotel, the choice of location speaks to the place where it all began – The Savoy London, where founder Guccio Gucci worked as a lift boy in his youth. (source)

Gucci Bloom Fragrance 2020 Ad Campaign

Gucci tells a story about four women–singer Florence Welch, actress Jodie Turner Smith, actress and director Angelica Huston, and designer Susie Cave–for the ad campaign images of Gucci Beauty new fragrance series, Gucci Bloom.

They are exploring the abandoned theatres of La Scarzuola, a surrealist architectural compound built around an old Franciscan convent in the campaign directed and photographed by award-winning photographer and director Floria Sigismondi.

Some scenes in the campaign took inspiration from the popular French musical film ‘Peau d’Âne,’ directed by Jacques Demy. (source)

Gucci Off The Grid 2020 Ad Campaign

Gucci pledged commitment to reduce environmental footprint with its Gucci Equilibrium initiative two years ago, and now the brand is launching Gucci Off The Grid, their first sustainable collection.

The line is said to feature pieces that are made from recycled, organic, bio-based, and sustainably sourced materials.

American film director and screenwriter Harmony Korine photographed the campaign with Jane Fonda, Lil Nas, Miyavi Lee Ishirara, King Princess, and David Mayer de Rothschild. Art direction by Christopher Simmonds, hair and makeup by Alex Brownsell and Thomas De Kluyver. (source)

Gucci Pre Fall 2020 Ad Campaign

Gucci unveils So Deer To Me, the brand’s Pre Fall 2020 ad campaign series, which is an ode to innocence, when as children we revelled in nature and life. The campaign is shot by Alasdair McLellan with creative direction by Alessandro Michele and art direction by Christopher Simmonds.

Gucci also partnered with The Lions Share Fund (they raises funds to protect endangered species and their natural habitats) in February this year. The storied Italian fashion house donates 0.5% of its media spend to The Lions Share Fund every time an animal is featured in its advertisements. (source)
