The casts of Roberto Cavalli Spring Summer 2012 are perfect: original supermodels Naomi Campbell, Kristen McMenamy and the returning flame haired Karen Elson are photographed by Steven Meisel in Pier 59 studio in New York wearing the great collection along with the new crop of IT model, pillow-lipped Dutch girl Daphne Groeneveld.
But why Mr.Meisel, why with the plain grey background!? It looks like those old campaigns of Versace. We are hoping to see something more fiercer than last season’s Witch Trio campaign that in our opinion was one of the best campaigns for Fall Winter 2011. Could Eva Cavalli responsible for this as she’s the creative director…
The hair and make up was done by Guido Palau and Pat McGrath respectively.

Dutch model Mirte Maas is replacing South African bombshell Candice Swanepoel as the new face of Tom Ford for its Spring Summer 2012 campaign images photographed by Mr.Ford.
The 19 year old catwalker who debuted by opening Alexander Wang Spring Summer 2010 show is accompanied by Swede guy, Matthias Bergh who is also starring in the current tongue-in-cheek lookbook of Tom Ford along with an unidentified female model, snapped also by the designer himself.

The summer appropriate campaign preview of Galliano depicts a road trip to Las Vegas and shows Constance Jablonski (the current face of Jean Paul Gaultier), sporting a tropical-print dress, and Benjamin Eidem (his second campaign job this season after Just Cavalli), in a colorful printed shirt, lounging in the back of an electric blue Cadillac convertible.
The campaign was shot under the direction of Bill Gaytten, John Galliano’s creative director and photographed by Sebastian Kim, his first collaboration with the brand.

This latest cover from Cosmopolitan Middle East is so fresh and bright to start the year, but the interesting part is that the body was taken from the Cosmopolitan US September issue while the head was taken from one out of two other images photographed by Marc Hom and featured inside the same issue, which already been used by Cosmopolitan Indonesia for their November front page. How creative!
