Versace Fall Winter 2018 Ad Campaign
Versace gathered a whopping 54 (!!) models to star in their Fall Winter 2018 ad campaign images photographed by the legendary Steven Meisel. With cast this big, we couldn’t help but wonder how it will look in print magazines!? Will there any magazine that run this images in its entirety as a fold out?
The campaign is styled by Jacob K with hair and makeup by Guido Palau and Pat McGrath. Zoe Ghertner filmed the Spring Summer 2018 ad campaign video of Sonia Rykiel and then the campaign images were pulled from the video as stills.
Francesca Burns, in collaboration with Peter Miles, are responsible for the styling and the models featured in the campaign are Olympia Campbell, Roos Van Elk, Luz Sanchez Godin, Lily Nova, Manuela Sanchez, and Xie Chaoyu.
Fun Fact: Sonia Rykiel logo is printed 50 times on each image to commemorate the Maison’s 50th Anniversary!
The film was shot in the courtyard of the L’ecole des Beaux Arts, Saint Germain—where the brand have their runway shows. (source)
