UPDATED AUGUST 29TH 2014: As informed by Rudi Lewis in the comment box below, the campaign was actually shot by Lachlan Bailey, the TV commercial was by Jonas Akerlund. The hair and make up by Yadim and Rudi Lewis.

H&M hired top catwalkers Liu Wen, Liya Kebede and Natasha Poly to fronting their latest ad campaign that was photographed by Jonas Akerlund with styling works by Robert Rydberg. James Rowe and Val Garland responsible for the hair styling and make up. (source)
