Karen Elson & Edie Campbell for Vogue Italia May 2013

Young British model Edie Campbell landed her second Vogue Italia cover two month in a row (click here for last month’s)! She’s working together once again with Steven Meisel for the cover, and this time with fellow Brit Karen Elson. Who knew loungin’ on a kitchen table in bikini could be so chic.

Karen wears bikini with band top and high-waisted culotte in lycra and two-tone tulle notch embroidered; while Edie wears one-piece with the same detailing, all by Ermanno Scervino, styled by Karl Templer. Guido (for Redken) responsible for the wet-look hair, while Pat McGrath (for Dolce & Gabbana Make Up) for the bare face.

Edie Campbell for Vogue Italia April 2013

British model Edie Campbell landed her first Vogue Italia cover with this Steven Meisel-photographed April issue with “Fearless” headline!

Karl Templer styled the mod model in dress with sleeveless “Bar Jacket” in wool crêpe and silk with organza skirt from Dior. Guido Palau responsible for that outrageous hair while Pat McGrath done the make up. The issue will hit the newsstands on April 05th in Milan and shortly after in the rest of Italy.

Vogue Italia and Franca Sozzani must’ve really love the Hungarian model, because they gave the former Prada Fall Winter 2012 fashion show opener her third cover slot in less than a year (she was on the July and December 2012 issue)!

Chinese model Fei Fei Sun is making history because she is the only Asian model who landed an only-girl cover for Vogue Italia!! Even though we didn’t like the make up, but Fei Fei Sun werq it on the minimalist cover that was photographed by the magazine’s regular, Steven Meisel with the styling by Lori Goldstein.

Inside the issue you’ll see her in various other vintage/mod make up and hair do by Pat McGrath and Guido Palau.

Prada Spring Summer 2013 Ad Campaign

Miuccia Prada casts the best line up of models for her Spring Summer 2013 advertisement campaign! Top names and powerhouse models Sasha Pivovarova (she is quintessentially Prada!) , Amber Valetta, Eva Herzigova, Kirsten Owen, Saskia de Brauw and Raquel Zimmermann are joining interesting new faces such as Irina Kravchenko, Irene Hiemstra, Maartje Verhoef, Vanessa Axente (her second consecutive season with the brand!) and Sung Hee Kim for the minimalist, sleek and clean images that was photographed by the brand’s regular photographer, Steven Meisel.

The campaign was styled by Olivier Rizzo, with Pat McGrath and Guido Palau responsible for the hair and make up respectively.

Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2013 Ad Campaign

UPDATED DECEMBER 13th 2012: The confirmed girls on the campaign are Bria Condon, Athena Wilson, Janice Alida, Magdalena Jasek, Tian Yi, Ji Hye Park, Nastya Kusakina and Ruby Jean Wilson. The campaign was styled by Karl Templer, set design by Daniel Buren, makeup by Pat McGrath, and hair by Guido Palau.

Steven Meisel reprising his role once again as the photographer for the latest campaign from Louis Vuitton which is continues to using multiple girls!

The yellow checkered-background images are so eye catching and very much reminding us like the runway setting of the Spring show. I think we spotted Ruby Jean Wilson (the current face of Marc Jacobs) and rising star Nastya Kusakina in the campaign. Some of the TFS members are mentioning that the other girls are Janice Alida, Athena Wilson, Tian Yi, Magdalena Jasek and Ji Hye Park. We shall wait until the final girls names confirmed.

Kate Upton for Vogue Italia November 2012

Lots of people doesn’t really get Kate Upton‘s appeal on high fashion, but seems like fashion editors are trusting the young sexy 20-year-old American model that she can do high fashion jobs.

She landed the cover of Carine Roitfeld‘s new magazine, going to the MET Gala earlier this year (some said she paid tons of money to be in the prestigious event..), got featured on Vogue US, and now, probably her wildest dream come true, the coveted cover slot of Vogue Italia (her first Vogue cover)! What next, Ms.Upton? A Vogue US cover?

Anyway, for the cover that was styled by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele and photographed by Steven Meisel, Kate Upton is wearing a Patricia Field bustier and Fendi fur. Her bombshell tresses was done by Oribe, while the make up was the works of Pat McGrath.
