Naomi Campbell for Numéro Russia First Issue March 2013

And behold, the first ever cover from the upcoming Numéro Russia featuring supermodel Naomi Campbell. The first issue, helmed by Vogue US‘ Editor at Large André Leon Talley, will hit the newsstands on March 01st.

“At Large” means the editor has no specific assignments, but rather works on whatever interests them. they are allowed their own preferences in the content they have to generate and don’t always have to pitch their ideas to the main editor. Though they are still subject to the direction and oversight of chief editors and executive editors, they frequently come up with ideas for other writers to research and write.

We are looking forward to see the first work from André Leon Talley as the newly appointed Editor in Chief of Numéro Russia.

Naomi Campbell for Schön! Issue 18

British supermodel Naomi Campbell was photographed by Ellen von Unwerth for the glamourous cover of the latest issue from Schön!.

The 42 year old will have a reality show entitled The Face that will be aired later this year on Oxygen. She describes the candidate, as told to Vogue UK: “I’m looking for contestants who have the whole package – a beautiful face; healthy, toned body; unique look; interesting personality; confidence; and, above all, strong work ethic and drive. I’m seeking someone who possesses a global, worldly outlook, but can also be seen as a home-grown girl next door.

Most importantly, I’m looking for a model with a fearless spirit who can completely transform like a chameleon, and take you on a unique journey that makes you believe that even the impossible is possible. If I find that, I’ll find a truly great model!”
