Versace Fall Winter 2012 Ad Campaign

Versace is the first major brand to release the Fall Winter 2012 campaign images and they did not disappoint!

The busy duo, Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, are reprising their role as the photographer for the campaign that has the gothic yet edgy feeling styled by Joe McKenna. This time they photographed newcomer Elza Luijendijk who sports the same bluntly razored bangs and bleached eyebrows seen on the Fall runway.

Photographed in a studio in London, the 16 year old Dutch girl who landed the coveted slot of opened AND closed the Fall show of Yves Saint Laurent poses on large cement blocks with chunky metal chains and a painted marine backdrop.

The black-and-white images accent the contrasts between light and shade in the campaign, the third for the photographers with Versace.

The menswear ad was styled by David Bradshaw featuring models Dmitriy Tanner (the former face of Calvin Klein Collection and the current face of DSquared2 and Diesel), Philipp Schmidt (he’s the model who got shot in the foot before the campaign shooting!) and Kacey Carrig (the 2011 finalists of VMAN Model Search).

This is a great and amazing opportunity for Elza Luijendijk as she’s the only girl featured for the campaign and we are very sure and this will catapulted her career to a whole new level! Congratulations @elzaluijendijk!!!

Vivara Jewelry Fall Winter 2012 Ad Campaign

The then pregnant Victoria’s Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio was photographed naked by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott for the latest campaign images of Vivara Jewelry.

The 31 year old model just gave birth on May 07th to a handsome Noah Phoenix, a brother to her 3.5 year old daughter, Anja Louise.

Jennifer Lopez for Vogue US April 2012

The rumour circulating recently that Jennifer Lopez will be gracing the Shape Issue of Vogue US apparently proven to be true. The 42 year old is featured on the April front page of the Anna Wintour edited monthly publication wearing a red Bottega Veneta Spring Summer 2012 dress photographed gorgeously by Mario Testino.

Vogue US is definitely have a thing for ocean because it’s the second cover this year with sea background after the Academy Award winning actress Meryl Streep‘s January issue.

Last year they got at least two covers with ocean as background: Rihanna for April and Charlize Theron for December.

Angelina Jolie for Vogue Turkey March 2012

Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott photographed the sensual actress for the black and white striking cover of the March issue from Vogue Turkey. The 36 year old was the talk of the world when she flaunted her infamous right leg in a black Atelier Versace dress on the 2012 Oscars.

There’s even a Twitter account @AngiesRightLeg that’s generated almost 45.000 followers in just four days of it’s launched!

She really knows how to made the headline.
